This was my first time making sun tea in my awesome new Pyrex lemon motif pitcher.I think until it starts warming up in the spring, I will have to use it for Kombucha. My days of drinking iced tea may be numbered.

Recipie;

-Place 5 tea black tea bags (flavor of your choosing, I am using a simple black tea) into 1 gallon of fresh filtered water
-Set the tea on a windowsill or somewhere your tea will receive the energizing rays of the sun. This helps brew the tea and I think adds positive energy.
-once the tea has brewed in the sun for 3-5 hours, remove the Tea bags, and serve chilled, with ice and lemon medallions.
